Find your path

There is no single path to self-understanding. Every journey is unique, and every journey matters. Together, we can explore yours.

Therapy for Adults in Oxford & London

“No tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell.” C.G. Jung

There are parts of ourselves we learn to hide, silence or leave behind in order to keep going. Yet what remains unacknowledged does not simply disappear. It often finds its way into our relationships, our choices and the way we see ourselves.

Adult therapy gives you a space to turn towards these less conscious parts of your experience, not to judge them, but to understand what they are trying to tell you. People often come with anxiety, low mood, trauma, repeating relationship patterns, or a quiet sense that something isn’t right.

I draw on clinical hypnotherapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, cognitive analytic therapy (CAT), integrative psychotherapy and EMDR, choosing what fits you rather than fitting you to a method. Sessions are available in person in Oxford and London, or online.

Sometimes, growth requires us to go deeper before we can move forward.

Couples Therapy in Oxford & London

“Relationships introduce us to our edges and invite us to grow beyond them.” Esther Perel

A relationship can be a place of intimacy, belonging and growth. It can also bring us face to face with our deepest vulnerabilities, fears and patterns.

In couples therapy, we look beyond the argument itself to understand what is happening between two people: the patterns you’ve built together, the needs sitting underneath the same recurring conflicts, and how each partner’s history shapes the relationship today.

The aim is not simply to stop disagreements. It is to build a relationship where both of you feel heard, understood and emotionally safe, and able to stay yourselves while remaining close.

My couples work draws on Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method. Whether you’re struggling with communication, trust, distance after children, or a rupture that feels hard to repair, couples therapy is available in person in Oxford and London, and online.

Therapy for Parents

“Children are educated by what the grown-up is and not by his talk.” C.G. Jung

Children learn far less from what we tell them and far more from who we are, and from what they experience in relationship with us.

Books and advice can give parents knowledge. But there comes a point where information alone isn’t enough. It is about how we respond, how we regulate ourselves, how we set boundaries, how we tolerate difficult emotions, and how we stay present when things get hard. In many moments we respond not only from what we know, but from what we carry within us.

Therapy for parents offers a space to think about your own history, your child’s behaviour and the relationship between you, without blame. Often a child’s path towards healing begins with changing the relationship in which they are growing.

Parent sessions are available in person in Oxford and London, or online, which many parents find easier to fit around family life.

Child Psychotherapy

“It is a joy to be hidden, but a disaster not to be found.” D. W. Winnicott

Children often communicate long before they can explain. What they cannot yet put into words may come out through play, stories, drawings, movement or behaviour, or simply in the way they relate to another person.

Child psychotherapy gives a child a space to communicate in their own language and at their own pace. Through a relationship that is safe, attentive and responsive, we try to understand the child’s experience from the inside: what they may be feeling, what they are struggling to make sense of, and what they don’t yet know how to say.

The work is not about uncovering everything. A child needs a private inner world. It is about creating a relationship in which a child can stay hidden when they need to and, when they are ready, feel safe enough to be found.

Child psychotherapy is offered for children aged 5 to 12, in person in Oxford and London, with online support available where appropriate.

Therapy for Young People

“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves.” Rainer Maria Rilke

Growing up can mean living with questions that don’t have answers yet: who you are, where you belong, what you want, how you relate to other people, and who you are becoming.

Therapy for young people aged 12 to 18 offers a space where these questions don’t need to be solved quickly. It is a place to think, feel and make sense of experiences that can be hard to share with the people closest to you, whether that’s anxiety, friendships, identity, family tension or difficult feelings you can’t quite explain.

We don’t always need an answer straight away. Sometimes we need a space in which the question can be explored safely.

Sessions with young people are available in person in Oxford and London, and online.
